asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what staff from his Department have given evidence to the Constitutional Commission; and what staff from his Department are attached to the commission.

Eleven senior officials of my Departments have given evidence to the Commission. Two members of the staff of my Department are at present serving on the Commission's Secretariat.
