§ Mr. Hugh Jenkinsasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will refer to the Director of Public Prosecutions, as a breach of the Race Relations Act, the advertising in the Glasgow Herald of holidays in South Africa which involve transport and hotels which practise racial discrimination and are thus not open to all citizens of the United Kingdom, a copy of which has been sent to him.
§ Mrs. Shirley WilliamsComplaints that advertisements are in breach of the Race Relations Act, 1968, are a matter for the Race Relations Board.
