§ Mr. Denis HowellI cannot say when the Francis Committee will report. I know however that it is proceeding with its inquiry with all possible speed. In view of the importance of its remit, demanding as it does very thorough inquiry and examination, I think it preferable that it should not be asked to complete340W its task within any hard-and-fast time limits.
