Mr. Macolm MacMillan

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether, in view of the increase in the cost of building in the last few years, particularly in the Scottish Islands, he will now take steps to increase the amount of the grant and of the loan available to tenant crofters for the building of croft houses and steddings.
