Captain Kerby

asked the President of the Board of Trade how many members of the British Airports Authority are Government-appointed; what are their names and positions; and how much each draws by way of pay and expenses from public funds.

All members of the British Airports Authority are appointed by the Board of Trade which also determines their salaries with the approval of the Minister for the Civil Service. The salaries are, however, paid from Authority funds together with any expenses properly incurred on the business of the Authority. The other information sought is as follows:
