§ Mr. Turtonasked the Minister of Overseas Development whether she will report on the progress towards the provision of a deep-water harbour in Montserrat.
§ Mr. WhitakerThe question of harbour development is being discussed between the Montserrat Government and the British Development Division in the Caribbean. The proposal currently under consideration is that the findings of the report of the consultants engaged under the British Technical Assistance programme some time ago should be brought up to date with a view to a revised scheme for redevelopment of the Plymouth waterfront.
