§ Mr. RossThe raising of the school leaving age in 1972–73 is one of the demands on resources which will be taken into account later this year in determining rate support grant for 1971–73 on the lines indicated in paragraph 30 of "Public Expenditure 1968–69 to 1973–74" (Cmnd. 4234).
