§ 76. Mr. Edwin Wainwrightasked the Minister of Technology if, in view of the effect on the coal mining industry caused by his Department's decision to allow other forms of fuels to replace coal in certain power stations, he will now defer such fuel replacements for a period of 12 months, except for reasons of coal shortage.
