Mr. Alan WilliamsThe average age of the present 14 members of the board, including the chairman, is approximately 57, the youngest being 45 and the oldest 64.
The chairman and deputy chairman have been appointed for a period of three years, and other members for two years. The director, who is also a member, was appointed for a period of five years.
