asked the Secretary of Sate for the Home Department what is the average age of the members of the London Building Acts Tribunal; what are the ages of the youngest and the oldest members of the tribunal, respectively; and what provision exists for the removal of members from the tribunal on the grounds of age or incapacity.

Section 109 of the London Building Acts (Amendment) Act, 1939, provides that persons shall be nominated to the panel for a period of three years; and that the Lord Chancellor may if he thinks fit remove for inability or misbehaviour or other good and sufficient cause any person nominated to the panel.
