The Attorney-GeneralThe average age of the members of the Iron and Steel Arbitration Tribunal is 59. The youngest is 56 and the oldest 62. Under paragraph 43(4)(b) of Schedule 4 to the Iron and Steel Act, 1967 the office of a member may be declared by the appointing authority to be vacant on the ground that the member is unfit to continue in his office.
