§ Mr. MurrayThat would not be practicable. Fresh proposals are considered for each instalment of the preparation pool (for trunk roads) and the preparation list (for principal roads). These take account of changing conditions and development and schemes not selected for earlier instalments will not necessarily be proposed for further consideration.
