asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government when he proposes to issue advice about the report "People and Planning" to local planning authorities.

Mr. Freeson

The comments of the numerous bodies consulted on the report have only recently been received. These are being studied. Our aim is to issue a substantive circular of advice to local planning authorities in the summer.
