§ Mr. William Priceasked the Lord President of the Council what study has been made of the traffic dangers to Members crossing from 2 Abbey Gardens to the House for Divisions.
§ Mr. PeartThe best means of ensuring Members' safety and convenience in this matter of traffic control in the precints of Parliament has been carefully considered by the Services Committee on several occasions. The police on duty at St. Stephen's entrance do all they can to assist Members arriving from 7 Old Palace Yard and 2 Abbey Gardens for Divisions.
