§ Mr. HoyRepresentatives of the association discussed retail margins with the Department last October, and my right hon. Friend has seen a copy of the association's recent memorandum on this subject. As the association has now sent this memorandum to individual manufacturers, it would be inappropriate for us to comment at this stage.
