Mr. Arthur Lewis

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will state for 1969 the total amount of fines imposed for parking and other offences on motorists, including fixed penalties; and how these figures compare with the fines imposed for those failing to possess and exhibit a road fund licence.
