HC Deb 24 July 1970 vol 804 cc241-2W
Mr. Walter Johnson

asked the Attorney-General if he will refer to the Director of Public Prosecutions the mail order literature sent through the post by Male Call Publishers, a copy of which has been sent to him.

The Attorney-General

The Director of Public Prosecutions has already considered the circular which the hon. Member has sent me and is of the opinion that it does not offend against the Obscene Publications Acts or any other legislation. I am consulting my right hon. Friend, the Home Secretary, about the problem of distribution of circulars of this nature.
