§ Mr. Sproatasked the Secretary of State for Employment and Productivity what action he is taking following the telegram he received on 10th July, 1970 from the Aberdeen Fishing Vessel Owners' Association, drawing attention to the state of labour relations in the Aberdeen Fish Market.
