§ Mr. David Mitchellasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department when he will publish the report of the Standing Advisory Committee on 261W Dangerous Substances regarding regulations relating to the conveyance by road of inflammable liquids other than petroleum spirit.
§ Mr. SharplesThe Committee does not issue formal reports, but it has made sufficient progress with the work in question to enable a start to be made on a review of the Petroleum Spirit (Conveyance by Road) Regulations, 1957, in which I believe that my hon. Friend is particularly interested. The first meeting of a special working group will be held on 11th September.
