§ Mr. Gorstasked the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications whether he will give an assurance that before authorising the British Broadcasting Corporation to inaugurate any new local radio stations he will first make a statement to the House about his plans for both commercial and British Broadcasting Corporation local broadcasting.
