Mr. Bruce-Gardyne

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services what was the total cost to public funds of supplementary benefits paid to the families of employees involved in industrial disputes, and of administrative arrangements associated with such payments, in the first six months of 1970 and of each of the six preceding years.
