§ Mr. Peter ThomasThe Leasehold Reform Act, 1967, as amended by the 235W Housing Act, 1969, lays down the principles on which the price to be paid for buying a freehold by a qualifying leaseholder is assessed and there are no plans at present for altering that legislation.
