asked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will consider, as a matter of urgency, the establishment of a permanent body to look after the interests of the Welsh language.

asked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will consider setting up a permanent and official body to look after the interests of the Welsh language, as recommended in 1963 by the Council for Wales and Monmouthshire.
