§ Mr. Moneyasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether in regard to the general need for such facilities, he will take steps to initiate discussions with the Chairman of the Arts Council with a view to seeking the provision of greater opportunities for disabled people to attend entertainments and other artistic events subsidised out of public funds.
