§ Mr. Douglasasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will issue a circular to central institutions advising them on the need to provide facilities for students who might be undertaking courses sponsored by the Open University.
§ Mr. Gordon CampbellThe Open University itself arranges for such facilities for its students as it considers necessary. I am sure that any approach to a central institution would be considered sympathetically by the Governors, without any need for a circular from me.
