§ Mr. Alexander Wilsonasked the Minister of Technology what steps he has taken to find a tenant for the empty factory in the Larkhall Industrial Estate; and what inquiries have been received from industrialists in the last two years.
§ Mr. RidleyThe attention of suitable inquirers has been drawn to the 128,000 sq. ft. factory which is available for letting and we shall continue our efforts to find a tenant. Meanwhile, part of the factory is let on a monthly basis. Two small 109W factories on the estate are also vacant. One has recently been allocated, and we have two applications for the other.
