§ Mr. Ian Lloydasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will arrange for the procedure for dealing with customs charges on parcels imported into the United Kingdom by parcel post to be brought into line with the appeals procedure applying to parcels brought in by travellers entering at seaports or airports.
