§ Mr. James Hillasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he will re-examine the housing cost yardstick formula of accepting tenders for council housing contracts, in view of the fact that this formula has had the effect of increasing the time factor, because, tenders often being above the housing cost yardstick amount due to natural increases in the price of materials and labour, no tenders have been accepted.
