Friend the 67W Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs have both been in touch with the Chairman of the Commonwealth Sugar Exporters and my right hon. Friend has confirmed that the Government will consult with the other parties to the Commonwealth Sugar Agreement in accordance with the provisions of Article 6(3)(b) of the Agreement.
