JosephIn general, questions of pay structure will continue to be settled by negotiation in the Whitley Councils, where my representatives will play a full part in securing necessary improvements. Discussion with the profession on changes in the hospital medical staffing structure will be energetically pursued as soon as the discussions on the outstanding recommendation of the Kindersley Review Body have been concluded.
