asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether, in view of the financial liabilities which will be incurred by Her Majesty's Government by the rescheduling of the debts of the Government of Ghana, he will publish the memorandum submitted by the Government of Ghana to the Marlborough House Conference.

No. It is for the Government of Ghana to publish their own memorandum if they wish.

64. Mr. Michael Foot

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what proposals Her Majesty's Government made to the Government of Ghana at the International Conference on the Rescheduling of Ghana Debts which was held in London from 7th to 13th July as to the repayment upon the terms previously agreed of Ghanaian savings bonds held by British citizens.
