§ Mr. Meacherasked the Secretary of State for Social Services how many persons during the latest year for which the figures are available, received discretionary grants from the Supplementary Benefits Commission on account of severe disability at the rates of £4 or more per week, £3 to £3 19s. 11d. per week, £2 52W to £2 19s. 11d. per week, £1 to £1 19s. 11d. per week and up to 19s. 11d. per week respectively.
