§ Mr. Beaneyasked the Minister of Transport if, in view of the hardship caused to aged, blind, disabled and pensioners on low fixed incomes by recent fare increases, he will seek to amend the Transport Act to make it obligatory upon all local authorities to provide cheap travel concessions for these people.
