asked the Minister of Technology what capital investment programme has been submitted for his approval by the British Steel Corporation for the Special Steels Division for the years 1970 to 1975.

My right hon. Friend's approval relates to the Corporation's general programme. The provision of information on a particular division is normally a matter for the Corporation to consider.
