§ Mr. Dribergasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if, for the 250W protection of local authorities and of other persons of whose bona fides he is satisfied, he will introduce legislation similar to the Indecent Advertisements (Amendment) Bill [Lords] which was introduced in the last Parliament.
§ Mr. CarlisleThe Indecent Advertisements (Amendment) Act, 1970, received the Royal Assent on 29th May, 1970, and came into force immediately.
