§ Mr. Anthony StodartAccording to my information fertiliser manufacturers have not increased the list prices of their products. I understand however that certain discounts which were given last year may not have been repeated during 1970 and that some increases in merchants' costs may have been passed on to purchasers. I am confident that manufacturers will not depart from the undertaking given to the previous Minister at the time of the last Annual Price Review without reference to my right hon. Friend.
