HC Deb 15 July 1970 vol 803 c210W
73. Sir D. Walker-Smith

asked the President of the Board of Trade whether, in view of the non-compliance by the owners of Trinity Press with section 18 of the Registration of Business Names Act, 1916, or with section 201 of the Companies Act, 1948, he will take steps with a view to the enforcement of the law requiring disclosure of the names of the partners or directors as the case may be.

Mr. Anthony Grant

There are at least 10 firms trading under the name "Trinity Press" and no previous information about the failure of the owners of any of them to comply with the provisions mentioned can be traced in the Board.

If my right hon. Friend will give me further information on this matter I will consider it.
