§ Mrs. ThatcherThe Institute's instructions for sending samples were not followed by the Tunisian authorities in a recent case. All countries using the Institute are being reminded that samples should be specially packed and sent by air. As an additional precaution arrangements have been made with local postal authorities to ensure that the Institute is notified immediately if any package addressed to the Institute appears to have been leaking.
