asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he will publish a list of those local authorities with serious housing need which have reduced their council-house building programmes; if he will use the compulsory powers available under the 1957 Housing Act; and what other steps he proposes to increase council housing building programmes.

asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he will state the number of dwellings started and completed, respectively, this year to the latest available date, stating separately council houses and houses built for sale, and the corresponding figures for the same period of 1969, 1968 and 1967.
