§ Mr. Ian Lloydasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will take steps to ensure that the Inland Revenue department complies fully with the provisions of Section 13(2) of the Inland Revenue Act. 1890 requiring that department to publish an analysis of the costs of tax 173W collection and management of each such part of the Inland Revenue.
§ Mr. Patrick JenkinSection 13(2) does not require such an analysis to be published, and I am satisfied that the Inland Revenue is already doing all that the section requires.
