Haulage of Cattle

66. Mr. Bryant Godman Irvine

asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he is aware of the difficulties arising both for farmers and animals in the haulage of cattle arising from the operation of the Transport Act; and if he will provide assistance to the industry to deal with this.
