§ Mr. RidleyWe are not aware that the problems facing local authorities are such as to warrant Government assistance to container manufacturers. However, a Working Party on Refuse Disposal was118W set up under the previous administration and when its report is available, we will consider with my right hon. Friend the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether any action on our part is called for.
