§ Mr. Gowerasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will consider bringing 14W forward the implementation of the scheme to build a road to bypass the village of St. Nicholas, Glamorgan.
§ Mr. Peter ThomasPlans are proceeding as quickly as possible to build the Cardiff Intermediate Bypass which will remove much of the present traffic from St. Nicholas. Should future increases in traffic call also for improvement of the existing A.48 road, consideration will then be given to a bypass of St. Nicholas.
