§ Sir Knox Cunninghamasked the Attorney-General if he will state the number of scholars and historians and the number of Press representatives, respectively, who make up the 489 persons who since 1st January, 1959, have been given permission under Section 5(4) of the Public Records Act, 1958 to view records to which the public have not yet been given access.
The Attorney-General402 scholars and historians and 87 representatives of the Press have been permitted to inspect records under the provisions of Section 5(4) of the Public Records Act, 1958, since 1st January, 1959.
