§ Mr. Martenasked the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications if he will make a statement about the areas of his subject on which he will and will not answer Parliamentary Questions; and whether he proposes in relation to the Post Office to follow the practice of Ministers responsible for nationalised industries in answering Questions requiring national statistics about those industries.
