HC Deb 30 January 1970 vol 794 c407W
Mr. William Hamilton

asked the Secretary of State for Defence what experiments have been carried out in establishments under his Department's control involving the use of human beings; what have been the ages of those concerned; and what representations he has received about them.

Mr. John Morris

The hon. Member presumably has in mind recent reports of allegations that the Ministry of Defence conducts experiments on elderly people who are subsequently put to death. These allegations are, of course, completely without foundation.
