§ Mr. RossEducation authorities were not asked to submit estimates of their total school building requirements. Edinburgh education authority, however, proposed in October 1969 a programme totalling £1 million in 1970–71 and £2.2 million in 1971–72. Its allocation for the first part of the 1970–72 period is £1 million. Its allocation for the second part has not yet been determined.
