asked the Secretary of State for Defence how many Royal Navy ratings were charged under the discipline regulations in each year between 1960 and 1969 with being under the influence of alcoholic drink while on duty, and how many were found guilty of the charge.

number of applicants in each county for the new Ulster Defence Regiment; and how many are members of the Ulster Special Constabulary.
