§ Mr. MurrayIn his reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Central Ayrshire (Mr. Manuel) on 18th December, 1969, my right hon. Friend explained that he had restricted the grant for the Euston-Stranraer service to six months to enable 297W an examination to be made of the most suitable future arrangements for providing the service.
