Mr. Geoffrey Wilsonasked the Minister of Transport if he will give an assurance that the tolls to be charged for goods transported by rail through the Channel Tunnel will be reduced in respect of train loads conveyed by liner train to and from destinations other than the Channel Tunnel terminals.
